We frequently heard about the winning case at the court sided to the bank. Each case (customer vs bank) entered to the court will eventually leads to frustrating customers. Why this happens? Should we blame customers of their ignorance in understanding all the written contents in the contract that leads to creating these problems? Or the bank who are very powerful with the money in their hands (actually others' money) exploit the contract so that they become always the winner in whatever expected situation to be happened? or the law that its language is so bombastic to be understood? or the government who is so softy till become a total submission to the capitalist of the bank? or what?
Regarding all the questions above, i have to say it is interrelated problem but the main and root problem is the bank. Why i say this? First; bank do no trade. Yes they are not trading goods and services but money. They exploited customers' difficulties by "stealing" some portion of people's money into their hands. Of course we gonna hear and listen thousands of arguments and critics about this particularly for those who are supporting them and defending its roles. Who control the bank? The answer is the people who are rich and earn their wealth with the easiest possible way that they be able to. This kind of people are not many. They moved silently in a small group and then called themselves conglomerate, group, pte ltd etc. To be rich; they are not working with the physical energy or sweat.They only chose shares and bonds for their business and we all know shares and bonds are nothing except a piece of paper. They wanted to conquer everything that called power and money. Of course they sponsored some events but it just like a finger tip for them. It's like giving sweeties to the kids so that people would say.."oo..they are so geneous and kindness.. They should be given an important role in our society..!". Behind the scene, their objectives to conquer the world still continuously processing and then accomplished. Their staff have been rewarded few month of bonus. Far ahead of a farmer or a fisherman's earning who producing food for them. You may read the story about them here
What about the law? This matter need to be seriously concerned by the government. Otherwise, the customers will incessantly being victims. Gov has the power, why don't they use it by reducing the power of the bank and increasing the welfare of the customers. Do not let the capitalist constantly chasing the wealth that they don't deserve for. Let preserve the customer's benefit. Because they are many and majority in the society. And now they being exposed of being victims. Why we have to bow capitalists while we knew who they are?
