JAK Bank: The best Islamic Bank in the world (part 2)

Margrit Kennedy thorugh her research also, had made German as a model. She split German into 10 equal parts using a scale of increasing wealth. The grey area is the interest paid in all prices and loans, the black area is the interest earned from monetary and real assets.

According to Margrit Kennedy's calculation, the 80% of worst off German population losses money because of this game. From position of 1 to 8, the interest paid is what more than they earn.

10% of population , on position 9, gets the same money they spend. The remaining 10% gets all the interest which the former of 80% lose.

So we have a constant redistribution mechanism in our money system from 80% of the people who work for their money. They pay to 10% of the people who can make their money work for them and you have to own about over half a million euros in order to begin to profit from the system. Finally, in Margrit Kennedy's opinion of what's the worst consequence of an interest-based economy? The money system we have right now grows exponentially. In nature that is sign of sickness. The exponentialgrows occurs where things are out of order or are dieing. And for instance, a cancer is an exponential grows out of one cell, you will get 2,4,8,16,32,64 and so on, so it grows very fast. The reason of why money grows exponentially is that we have a mechanism to keep money in circulation that is called interest. And with interest, money doubles in regular intervals.

Let's consider the example:

If Abdullah, the father of Ali, had invested in 1 penny, or 1 cent in euros, at the birth of Ali in the year 0, and you would have paid interest on this 1 penny at 5%, then in the year 2000 if Ali had come back and could have gone to the bank and to say: "Can i please have this 1 penny backwith 5% interest?. The bank would have had to give Aliover 500 billion balls of gold of the weight of the earth, at the price of gold in the year 2000.

This is just an example to show that exponential growth cannot work over along period. IT can work at the short term, it can maybe work in the medium term, but it can never work in the long term! But of course for me, neither short nor long period shouldn't be allowed!

JAK Bank: The best Islamic Bank in the world

JAK Bank, Sweden

I was puzzled when someone did asked me about bank that really implement Islamic principle without copy and paste from the conventional system. After a long period, finally i found the answer. The answer is in Sweden. Yes. It is in Sweden! to be more particular is in Skovde, a small town in Sweden. It's about 350 km from Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. I was impressed once i read about their effort of establishing this bank.
JAK Bank
JAK bank is a members bank with 34,000 spread all over the country that loan their money among them, by passing the traditional banking system and using their bank like a shared money box. Its aim to create an alternative model of no speculative finance, serving people and little entrepreneurs.

"As an economic associations, we don't have any big owners that demands more profit and so on because all the 34,000 members own the bank together", said Magnus Frank, the JAK Bank manager. That means every member gets only one share of the bank and has the same power when it comes to the election of the board.

The purpose of JAK bank is not making money but to offer a loaning and serving service to its member in the most sustainable way stressing an interest free idea of economy. They agreed that interest transfers money in the wrong way because people that already have a lot of money can get more money just because they own money and people don't have any money get less and less money. This is because they have to pay the interest to take a loan for buying a house or whatever they want the loan for.

Meanwhile, Margrit Kennedy, the economist and founder of the idea of JAK bank also had same ideas about the badness of the interest based system. She said,"the most people think they pay interest only when they borrow money in the bank and in fact it's quite obvious that every producer of goods has to add the interest that he pays to he bank to the final price. If you look at everything people need to live roughly 45% of the price goes on interest-fees"

According to her researches, the hidden interest on what we spend for our living is roughly 45%. She said, "If you look at who profits from this interest payments and who pays you can see, if you divide the Germans population in 10 equal parts, you can see that 80% of the people pay more interest in the prices that those other people who work for their money and 10% of German people who pay as much interest as they get from interest profit from their life insurance, savings etc. And remaining of 10% earn all the money that comes from the interest which the former 80% of the people loose. The truth about bail out

Bail out is lend out the money, when money lent out, money is in creating and multiplying process. It's never been recovered. It's like a firemen to spit paper out on the fire. Do you think the fire can be extinguished?

US Penny: Is a shame to follow Malaysia?

This evening i watched documentary called "60 minutes"on Awani that talking about US Penny.
What is Penny?
Penny is The United States one-cent coin that equaling one one-hundredth of a United States dollar. Its obverse has featured the profile of President Abraham Lincoln since 1909, the centennial of his birth. (see picture)

Americans started to argue on why they still keeping them. By looking the cost, it's double than the value on it. Today, there are about USD80 millions worth of penny circulating in US but the cost is USD137 million dollars. How does the printing factory be able to cope with that since they are loosing it everyday? The country that upholds capitalism as their belief in economy can only interprete this kind of act as a nut! Don't they realize it? Or is there any hidden agenda behind this? Someone should digging the truth.
One of the reason they given was to help poor, a method of donation and welfare. You know what..it's really made me disgusting!. Came on.. is the cent that we donate? What happened the rest of billion paper money?

Quote of the day

"EVERYTHING is mispriced for what is unfolding. Stocks, Bonds, currencies, natural resources, precious metals, real estate are ALL set for massive VOLATILITY and “volatility is opportunity” for the prepared investor. Markets are going to ZOOM up and down and provide you with EXCELLENT investment opportunities if you are properly prepared. Buy and hold is DEAD except for the precious metals. " -Ty Andros-
